關(guān)于SKF圓錐孔軸承的安裝，對(duì)于較大的軸承，建議使用SKF液壓推進(jìn)法（SKF Drive-up Method）.這一方法比以測(cè)量游隙減量和鎖緊螺母的緊縮角度省時(shí)間和更為準(zhǔn)確。特大型軸承的安裝，可以使用SKF電控安裝法（SKF SensorMount Method）來(lái)測(cè)量?jī)?nèi)圈的膨脹量。由于感測(cè)器是嵌入在軸承的內(nèi)圈，可以更簡(jiǎn)易、快速和準(zhǔn)確地安裝。

 

　　For the installation of SKF tapered bore bearings, the SKF Drive-up Method is recommended for larger bearings. This method saves time and is more accurate than measuring clearance reduction and the tightening angle of locking nuts. The expansion of inner ring can be measured by SKF Sensor Mount Method in the installation of extra large bearing. Since the sensor is embedded in the inner ring of the bearing, it can be installed more simply, quickly and accurately.

 

　　帶圓錐孔的SKF軸承一般是以過(guò)盈配合安裝。過(guò)盈量可以通過(guò)測(cè)量徑向游隙減量或內(nèi)圈在圓錐形軸頸上軸向位移量來(lái)確定。適用于安裝圓錐孔球面滾子軸承的方法包括：測(cè)量游隙減量、測(cè)量鎖緊落幕的鎖緊角度、測(cè)量軸向推進(jìn)距離、測(cè)量?jī)?nèi)圈膨脹量、內(nèi)徑100mm或以下的小軸承，可以通過(guò)測(cè)量鎖緊螺母的鎖緊角度來(lái)安裝。

 

　　Bearings with tapered holes are usually fitted with interference fit. The interference can be determined by measuring the radial clearance reduction or the axial displacement of the inner ring on the conical journal. Suitable for installation of tapered hole spherical roller bearings include: measuring clearance reduction, measuring locking angle of locking screen, measuring axial propulsion distance, measuring inner ring expansion, inner diameter of 100 mm or less small bearings, can be installed by measuring locking angle of locking nut.
